    More energy, no longer had to take my blood pressure medicine.
    The BP medicine, after taking for a number of years, gave me severe muscle weakness in my lower body.
    The red ginseng gave me more extended energy so I could reduce my caffeine intake and the stopping of the BP medicine reduced that dragging feeling, so easier to get around in the afternoon = less coffee.
    I have been off the BP medicine for almost 2 months and feel great. I pedal an exercise bicycle 10-20 minutes a day 2x per day, at least 3x per week and always monitor my heart rate. So far, so good. Resting heart rate improving also.
